I feel somewhat accomplished.

I've sent a rough draft of channel rules around to the ops for discussion and revisions, and after a few days of no further responses, I'll probably declare it 'official' and post it to the general populace, to see what THEY say.

Oh, just had a few revisions pop in my head.
