Lack of Jubilation

I think the "Jubilee" ongoing series is the straw that is breaking this X-Fan's back. I'm long past buying every X-related title, but this one finally has me shaking my head and asking why.

I love how the writer has Jubilee moving to LA, in California, and how she must "adjust to this new environment". Yes, being absolutely, completely clueless about the most basic thing about Jubes gives me big chunks of faith in the writer of her ongoing series.

Not to mention I find the art to be crap, but my manga/anime hate is well-documented at this point in time. Look! She's inherited Reed Richard's stretching powers, or lost a few ribs, and all the organs in her stomach! Although, this is far less annoying than the standard Marvel Manga.

I'm probably just bitter Jean never even got a limited series all her own. =P
