Bite Me!

Got a few days before Trisk uploads the last review for the Summer of Slashers, so thought I'd get in a quickie review or two.

So here's my thoughts on Bite.

A girl goes on vacation, gets a bug bite, and the body horror begins, as her engagement crumbles around her.  Becoming an insect queen sure doesn't help THAT any.

This is VERY much in the same vein as Cronenberg's The Fly, minus the scifi, and it is a fine ascendant to that thrown.  And appropriately, the new insect ruler is a queen.
