Monday, IIRC, I had some of my best sleep in awhile, but when I woke up, I was *dead* on my feet. I had ZERO energy all day long. I was simply dragging, wandering zombie-like through my day. A bit of an exaggeration, I did everything I wanted to, but just had like zero get up and go.
The only upside that came from that is it was quite easy to get to sleep the next day, and while I should still be sleeping more, I've gotten a few days of earlier sleep, and sleeping straight through for a few days now.
So, overall a net yay.
