MST3K Rewatch Week 20 - A Touch of Satan

Not much to speak about this week.  This was a perfectly competent episode.  Good riffs, good hosts, but nothing super standout either.  A gine example of MSTing, and very watchable, but nothing great.  Average MST3K is still good MST3K.

I wish I had rememebred about their Clu Gulager watch gag back when I did my review of Puppet Master 5, because I so would have made a reference to it.  But there's always more bad movies for me, aren't there?

The best thing about this movie for them is the interminable slowness and the never ending pauses.  Probably half the jokes were pauses, and they made the most of them.  That runner throughout the film definitely bumped things up a notch.  Not only did it give them plenty of time to joke, but supplied jokes themselves.

I was also amused by Tom's hay fever attacks, which might actually explain, in a non-explaining way, how he had that sneeze WAY back in the first season that confused everyone.  Because he's a robot.  So, less explaining and more accepting that Tom can sneeze.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have some wassailing to do.
