Just updated Trisk with the latest review, and in honour of Scream 4, I found a movie that predates it that takes much the same idea; a group of kids that are well aware of the tropes of horror movies get stuck in one. This movie takes a MUCH more tongue in cheek take to the idea though, and I kinda prefer it. I was never a big fan of the first Scream movie.
That said, There's Nothing Out There is the perfect Trisk movie. It's cheesy, it's got bad acting and effects, and a plot with more holes than my socks. But damn if it isn't a blast.
