This past week I said enough is enough and said that from this point forward instead of getting up whenever/6:30ish in the PM, I stomped a foot down and said we need to start reigning in my sleeping or lack thereof, and start getting up around 5.

I somehow feel like I'm getting more done.  I'm sure I'm not actually accomplishing more, but things feel way more relaxed.  I'm enjoying being able to take my time doing stuff when I get up, no more rushing to get a shower and food, and I've been watching TWiT's newest show, Tech News Today live every weekday at 5:30.

I've yet to manage a better sleep/wake cycle, or get more sleep, but let's do one thing at a time here.

Man, I could use a nap...
