Awww, Freak Out!

It's that time again.

Triskaidekafiles as reached into the cabinet and pulled out the 1974 movie Freakmaker.

This is a forgotten classic, people.  It has Tom Baker, Donald Pleasence, and a plot to merge human and plant DNA.  All that and a freakshow to boot.  How could I not review a movie starring the Fourth Doctor and plant people?
