The movie this time is about a young girl from another land that enters into ours through the sewers, with her animal companion. While here, she is confused by our ways, doesn't quite fit in, and hacks up household objects to make clothes for herself.
No, it's not Enchanted. It's the 1990s Full Moon production, "Dark Angel: The Ascent". But the similarities are eerie.
