End of an Era

Back on February 24th 2000, I registered #Subcafe after it came into my hands.  The channel's attendence has steadily declined until today, when it's pretty much me, Falstaff and Dyce on most nights.  With an occasional Acetal, and the rare fifth person.

As of February 24th, 2010, the tenth anniversary of me registering the channel, I will be shutting the channel down on my part.  Staff says he wants to keep it open, but that becomes increasingly silly when the other main person who will be there with him is a few feet away from him physically, but I digress. ;)

I would love to see old friends and faces back around the old place one last time before the end though, so I'm inviting everyone to hoist one last glass (Or whatever) in celebration of more than a decade of chat, of fanfic, and of friends and more on the 24th.

That's the main date, but anytime anyone wants to come in and say hello and goodbye between now and then is more than welcome to do so.  I'm there most of the time, and Nudge is always there.
