Wax On, Work Off.

Get comfy folks, I just completed the next review over at Triskaidekafiles.  If you've been following along, then there should be no surprise whatsoever that I followed up Waxwork by reviewing the sequel, Waxwork 2: Lost in Time.  They're on the same DVD, might as well, right?

And I feel like I almost have to apologise, because this is the longest review yet, by a WIDE margin.  So grab something to drink, because you might be there for awhile.  I was watching the word count grow and grow, and wincing all the while.  I started leaving out stuff I felt I could get away with, without compromising my style I've established, but even so...

The movie is just so packed for the 105 minutes.  There's more going on in any given moment of this film than almost any movie I can think of.  It's like six movies all at once, crammed into a tiny span of time.  If you've seen the movie, or when you read the review, you'll understand what I mean.  With everything going on, I'm honestly surprised the movie turned out even half as good as it did.

Now, after all that writing, I leave it in your hands.  Let me know what you think of the mountain of words I've thrown at you. ;)

Man, even the posts about the reviews are getting lengthy. OH and I posted a new journal entry too!
