Me, being me, goes through a long series of self-tech support, and found it was only my local channels that were hosed. After trying and checking everything, I gave up and called, dreading which nationality I'd receive on the other end of the line. Fortunately, he spoke decent English.
After correcting him to stop calling me "ma'am", we got down to business, he made some of the same suggestions, I tried some of them again, we lost ALL channels, but got back to just having no locals pretty quickly. And after about 35-40 minutes on the phone (And him returning to calling me ma'am), he gets a message that they're having issues with the Burlington locals, and they're working to fix them. Oh, where were you hours ago, message? Bah.
