Again, I apologize for any inconvenience, the station has advised they were not provided with a physical address and therefore the package could not be delivered. DHL does not under any circumstances deliver to a PO Box. Due to this fact your package could not be delivered and therefore was returned to the shipper.

Um, any decent shipping company would have contacted me to arrange delivery.
They never even bothered to tell me until I started yelling at them.
And even that took several e-mails.
And Wal-Mart says the items were lost.
Not to mention someone should have noticed this long before it got to Vermont...
