One of the other things I loved about this episode was the further greying of the lines between the good guys and the bad.

The Shadows use a polite, always smiling, calm, congenial person as their emmisary. He just comes by, has a little chat, helps you out, and goes.

The Vorlons use a murderer to torture people to find out if they're the chosen ones, and just happens to be Jack the Ripper.

Who is the bad guys here again?

And still no squished credits.
